GUMMIBAR is an engaging and hands-on workshop series initiated by 166 BRUT, which introduces local designers, makers, and enthusiasts to this versatile material's unique properties and creative potential. Through experimentation and expert guidance, participants will explore its textures, flexibility, and applications in design. The workshop fosters a playful yet in-depth approach to material exploration, encouraging new ways of thinking about form, function, and sustainability.

Guided by experienced local product and textile designers, each session offers participants the opportunity to learn from professionals who bring a wealth of knowledge in craftsmanship, material innovation, and sustainable production. These experts will share their insights, techniques, and creative processes, helping participants develop a deeper understanding of how this material can be used in contemporary design practices. Whether you are an experienced maker looking to expand your skill set or a curious beginner eager to experiment, GUMMIBAR provides an inspiring and collaborative environment to explore material-driven design.

The workshops take place once a month, creating a recurring space for hands-on learning, experimentation, and exchange. Each session presents a new perspective, ensuring that returning participants continue to build on their knowledge and refine their techniques. If you are interested in a private workshop for an event, team-building session, or special occasion, we also offer tailored experiences upon request. Feel free to contact us via email to discuss possibilities and create a customised workshop experience that fits your needs.
